THRIVE East End

A welcoming, peer-led recovery community in downtown Riverhead.

East End THRIVE offers a safe, drug- and alcohol-free space where you can connect, relax, and explore what works best for your recovery journey. Our programs includes 12-step meetings, recovery coaching, and holistic wellness workshops such as yoga, gong meditation, sound baths, and movement classes, plus so much more. We also host free off-site community events like bowling, cooking classes, and seasonal outdoor activities.

East End THRIVE serves communities across the East End of Long Island. We partner with both inpatient and outpatient treatment facilities to provide in-service presentations that help individuals prepare for life after treatment by connecting them to free recovery supports in the community. We also offer Narcan trainings to local businesses, school districts, and faith-based organizations to promote safety and awareness.

To help make support more accessible, we offer free transportation through our Ride Health service, removing barriers for those seeking care.
