THRIVE East End

East End THRIVE, located in the heart of Westhampton Beach, is a peer-led recovery and outreach community center. We are a drug- and alcohol-free, sober, safe space offering traditional 12-step meetings, recovery coaching, and a wide range of healing modality workshops. These modalities include gong meditation, sound baths, gentle yoga, and movement workshops. East End THRIVE also hosts free off-site community events such as bowling nights, cooking classes, and seasonally appropriate outdoor events.

East End THRIVE serves all the East End of Long Island with in-service engagements at both inpatient and outpatient treatment facilities. These in-services help prepare patients transitioning out of treatment by making them aware of free recovery supports. East End THRIVE also offers free Narcan trainings to local businesses, school districts, and faith-based organizations to promote harm reduction and community safety. We have removed transportation barriers for individuals seeking support through our free Ride Health service.
